Payment Terms; Non-Refundable Fees; Waiver of Chargeback Rights

Non-Cancelable Obligations. In the event your membership is terminated, suspended, or you can no longer use Interlake Sporting Association's ("ISA") facilities, programs, or events for any reason (including voluntary withdrawal, non-renewal, disciplinary action, or ISA's decision to discontinue a program), you agree that all payment obligations to ISA are non-cancelableand that all "ISA Fees" are non-refundable including application fees, background check fees, administrative fees, activity group fees, training fees, donations, and membership dues paid or owed to ISA or its agents including Stripe.

Agreement Not to Dispute Charges. You further agree that you will not file a dispute contesting any ISA Fees, initiate or pursue a chargeback, reversal, adjustment, or transaction void, or otherwise attempt to recover any ISA Fees from Stripe or any other financial institution.

Waiver of Dispute Rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive all rights to dispute ISA Fees with any third party, including Stripe and your card-issuing bank.

Consent to Disclosure. You consent to ISA sharing this waiver, along with supporting documentation of your agreement to it (such as our Bylaws and SOPs), with Stripe, card networks, issuing banks, and other financial institutions involved in processing or reviewing a disputed transaction.

Cooperation on Disputed Claims. If ISA requires your assistance in resolving an ISA Fees matter with Stripe, including a chargeback or dispute filed in violation of this policy, you agree to fully cooperate with ISA leadership, including by providing documentation, written statements, or withdrawal of the disputed claim, to resolve or dismiss any claim that violates this ISA Fees policy.
